In Inter Medio we attach great importance to the How.

I have had the opportunity and luck to be able to practice different ways of working. My opinion, and my position, in this case, is not based on a theory, but on practice.

There are ways of working that seek short-term results. They are suitable in situations of urgency. But when we want to create systems and dynamics that work in the long term, we have to rely on other aspects: we must create trust between people and towards the system, and for this we need to put into practice two key values to create Trust:

Kindness and Authenticity

All the tools we propose are designed to produce a long-term result and we have fled from miraculous formulas and tricks to make things work in the short term only.

A team of people collaborate with Inter Medio: coaches, facilitators, trainers, animators, etc. We work with the same spirit and we all share the same values in the way of putting our goals into practice.
