building a bridge between two worlds

Why

“What man actually needs is not a tensionless state but rather the striving and struggling for a worthwhile goal, a freely chosen task.”

Viktor E. Frankl

I am starting with the Why, because I believe if we cannot find sense in what we do, we cannot really live.

And I believe that in our current times we are facing a New World that is requiring from us a new form of intelligence. The rules and methods that worked in the past do not work anymore. Good intentions alone, do not work anymore.

We need to find a way to go beyond the individual perspective and learn to be collectively intelligent.

And that is going to require three capacities:

  • An autonomous intelligence
  • An emotional intelligence
  • An intelligent will capacity

We are not born with them, but we can learn all of these capacities.

Our challenge today is to create spaces and conditions where people can practice and become collectively intelligent, through individual autonomy. This is a fantastic challenge, but whenever we put it in practice, it works. And as the society, the economy, the humanity evolves, it is becoming more and more a condition for success.

We don’t do it because it is nice, we do it because it works!
